SciSparc six-month net loss narrows to USD 6.05 million; revenue falls 38% to USD 284,000
SPRC•SciSparc reported a net loss of USD 6.05 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, down from USD 9.41 million, while revenue fell 38% to USD 284,000. Operating loss widened to USD 4.89 million from USD 2.71 million.
1. Six-month results
SciSparc’s research and development expenses rose 68% to USD 1.58 million, and general and administrative expenses increased 52% to USD 3.2 million. Cash and cash equivalents totaled USD 4.44 million at June 30, 2026, compared with USD 1.55 million a year earlier.
2. CliniQuantum acquisition
On June 3, 2026, NeuroThera acquired 54.01% of CliniQuantum, adding USD 10.32 million in intangible assets and a USD 1.99 million earn-out liability.
