SciSparc subsidiary NeuroThera Labs closed two non-brokered private placements raising gross proceeds of C$5.4 million.
SciSparc invested C$2.7 million for 22,500,000 units priced at C$0.12 per unit.
Post-financing ownership is set at about 44.6% of NeuroThera common shares, valuing the stake at about C$30 million.
The units include one warrant per share, exercisable for three years, with partial acceleration tied to a potential Nasdaq listing.
