ADSs begin trading on Nasdaq Capital Market

Scorpio Gold’s American Depositary Shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under ticker SGLD on Sept. 1, 2026.

Each ADS represents 20 common shares.
The Nasdaq ADS listing runs alongside existing listings; common shares continue on TSX Venture under SGLD.
ADS issuance fees are waived through Nov. 25, 2026.
From Nov. 26, 2026, the issuance fee will be USD 5 per 100 ADSs, rounded up to the nearest 100 ADSs.
