SCWorx held its annual shareholder meeting on July 22, 2026, with shareholders voting on several corporate matters.
A proposal to ratify Astra Audit & Advisory as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026 was adopted.
Shareholders authorized an amendment to allow a reverse stock split, with the ratio to be set later by the board.
An advisory vote on executive pay failed.
