Seadrill Q2 FY26 net income swings to USD 29 million; revenue rises to USD 449 million

Seadrill raised full-year 2026 guidance to USD 1.5 billion-USD 1.55 billion in total operating revenues and USD 420 million-USD 450 million in adjusted EBITDA.
Q2 results improve on higher revenues and EBITDA
Seadrill posted Q2 2026 net income of USD 29 million, swinging from a loss in Q1; diluted EPS was USD 0.47.
Total operating revenues rose to USD 449 million from Q1’s USD 358 million; results reflected more operating days and improved average dayrates.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed to USD 144 million from USD 97 million; adjusted EBITDA margin excluding reimbursables widened 5.6 percentage points to 33.5%.
