Seagate settled all remaining redemptions and exchanges of about $150.7 million of Seagate HDD Cayman’s 3.50% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2028.
- Notes not exchanged were redeemed for cash on Sept. 8, 2026 at par, with accrued interest to, but excluding, the date.
- Exchanges submitted by Sept. 3, 2026 were settled with principal in cash, and excess value in Seagate ordinary shares.
- Redemption-date settlement totaled about $150.97 million in cash, with 1,647,862 ordinary shares delivered.
