SEALSQ appoints Daniel Brau chief quantum officer

He will lead strategic development of the SEALQuantum ecosystem, focusing on revenue generation, customer projects, partnerships and cross-portfolio integration.
The role also includes coordinating roadmaps across quantum computing, networking, photonics and post-quantum security to deliver integrated sovereign infrastructure offerings.
Appointment and role
SEALSQ named Daniel Brau chief quantum officer to drive commercialization of its SEALQuantum sovereign vertical stack across enterprise, government and critical infrastructure.
Brau joined following SEALSQ’s 100% acquisition of Miraex, the Swiss photonics-based quantum interconnect company he founded.
Support for Geneva center
He will support Rolf Gobet’s Geneva Quantum Center of Excellence at WISeKey’s new Pont-Rouge, Lancy headquarters as the group relocates this fall.
