LAES•Amended business combination agreement extends closing deadline
SEALSQ is party to an amended business combination agreement involving Columbus Acquisition, WISeSat.Space Holdings, and WISeSat.Space.
The amendment extends the outside date for satisfying or waiving closing conditions to Oct. 31, 2026.
Either CAC or the Company can terminate by written notice if closing conditions are not met by that date, subject to breach-related limits.
