SEALSQ, Quobly Ink $5M Deal to Embed Post-Quantum Security in Silicon Quantum Chips
LAES•SEALSQ and Quobly signed a $5 million agreement for SEALSQ to embed post-quantum security—cryo CMOS ASICs, root-of-trust modules and quantum-resistant PKI—into Quobly’s silicon spin qubit platforms. The deal leverages SEALSQ’s earlier strategic investment and follows Quobly’s €115 million Series A financing, advancing their collaboration into commercial deployment of next-generation quantum computing security.
1. Agreement Details
Under a $5 million agreement, SEALSQ will integrate its cryo CMOS ASICs, hardware-based root-of-trust modules and quantum-resistant PKI into Quobly’s silicon spin qubit platforms to secure control systems, communications and execution environments.
2. Collaboration Milestones
This deal follows SEALSQ’s strategic equity investment in Quobly and leverages Quobly’s €115 million Series A funding, shifting the partnership from research collaboration initiated in November 2025 into a commercial deployment phase.
3. Technology Integration
SEALSQ will provide post-quantum secure semiconductor architectures, trusted provisioning technologies and engineering services, while Quobly offers its CMOS-compatible quantum processor and scalable spin qubit architecture.
4. Commercial Deployment
The integrated security solutions aim to support industrial-scale quantum computing across government, defense, data centers, AI and cloud markets, advancing a hardware-anchored cybersecurity layer for next-generation quantum infrastructures.
