SEI has named Sneha Shah as Chief AI Strategist, Michael Tryniszewski as Head of AI Orchestration, and William Coffey as Chief Data Officer. These hires bolster the company’s leadership as it embeds AI and data at the core of its operations and service offerings.
Shah will lead SEI’s enterprise AI strategy and guide decisions on building, acquiring, or partnering on AI technologies, while Tryniszewski focuses on operationalizing AI across products, technology, operations, and compliance. Together, they aim to accelerate innovation in client experience, agentic workflows, and strategic fintech integrations.
Coffey will oversee SEI’s unified data and AI framework, assess market value of data assets, define pricing models, and accelerate adoption. His role is central to packaging data offerings, ensuring governance and security, and generating new revenue streams from SEI’s extensive data holdings.
