Select Water Solutions signs amended 12-year water management deal covering 875,000 acres in Northern Delaware Basin
WTTR•Expansion includes pipelines, storage and recycling capacity
The expansion includes about 100 miles of pipelines, 3 million barrels of storage and 60,000 bpd of added recycling capacity.
Project cost is estimated at $100 million to $120 million, and the company expects it to be operational by the end of 2027.
Amended 12-year agreement expands Northern Delaware Basin footprint
Select Water Solutions signed a 12-year amended agreement with an investment-grade public operator in the Northern Delaware Basin.
The deal covers produced water gathering, disposal, recycling and treated water supply across 875,000 dedicated or ROFR acres.
The amendment adds 256,000 newly dedicated acres, including the conversion of 104,000 acres from ROFR to dedicated.
