Sellas will present Phase 2 results for SLS009 combined with azacitidine and venetoclax in relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia on December 14, 2026. The brief says the combination showed responses in patients whose prior venetoclax-based treatment failed, was well tolerated, and had benefits in patients with high-risk TP53-mutated or monocytic disease; a separate Phase 2 trial in newly diagnosed patients continues enrollment, with initial topline data expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
