SemiLEDs announces annual shareholder meeting
LEDS•Annual stockholders meeting scheduled in Taiwan
- SemiLEDs will hold its annual stockholders meeting in Chu-Nan, Taiwan on Aug. 28, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on the election of five director nominees.
- The meeting will also vote on ratifying DLEE Accountancy as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2026.
