Semtech agrees to sell cellular module business

Aug. 13 (Reuters) - Semtech Corporation announced a definitive agreement to sell its cellular module business to Compal Electronics for $62 million in cash.

According to the company, Compal will buy the assets, IP, customer relationships and personnel of Semtech's cellular module business.
