Seneca Foods cuts convertible participating preferred stock authorization to 6,602 shares

Seneca Foods on Sept. 21, 2026 amended its certificate of incorporation to sharply reduce authorized Convertible Participating Preferred Stock shares.
- Authorized shares were cut to 6,602 from 4,166,667, reflecting 4,160,065 shares previously retired and canceled.
- Series 2003 Convertible Participating Preferred Stock provisions were removed following the retirement and cancellation of all 967,742 shares.
