Since October 2025, Edell streamlined operations, prioritized direct-to-consumer channels, led the direct Amazon sales launch of Evolve rodent products and introduced subscription programs to drive recurring revenue.
2. Board Leadership and Organizational Streamlining
The board named Matthew Szot as Chair and concluded Dr. Jamie Bechtel’s interim executive chair role, assigning her to governance and compensation committees. In tandem, SenesTech chose not to fill the former interim COO seat, simplifying its organizational structure to accelerate decision-making and support disciplined commercial execution.
