Senmiao Technology engaged a government relations and strategic advisory firm, effective Aug. 2, to accelerate its US AI data center buildout.
Justin Evans will support site development planning, local and state stakeholder engagement, incentives strategy, permitting navigation, power procurement positioning, and communications planning.
Multi-state rollout and joint venture platform
Work will span multiple US states, with potential expansion to international markets as the AI data center footprint grows.
The engagement is intended to strengthen delivery execution for the Nebula Matrix AI joint venture platform with Constant Energy Construction.
Nebula Matrix AI has not identified a project or site; any build would depend on financing, negotiations, due diligence, and approvals.
