Convertible debt was fully redeemed via Bitcoin sales; quarter-end liquidity was USD 21 million cash, with 314 Bitcoin remaining valued at about USD 20 million.
Q2 revenue was USD 7.5 million, up 23.2% sequentially. Gross margin was 32.9%, operating loss was USD 7.2 million, and net loss was USD 9.6 million.
Outlook and business pipeline
Q3 revenue outlook was set at USD 8.5 million to USD 10 million; the upper end is tied to closing a significant licensing agreement under discussion.
Backlog now extends into 2027. Sequans said it has more than 40 design-win projects in mass production, and it secured its first drone program, with shipments expected early next year.
