Sequans will unveil Monarch 3 and Calliope 3 5G eRedCap chips at MWC Barcelona, featuring HD/FD eRedCap modes, 4G fallback and low-power designs for IoT applications like smart metering and fleet management. Sequans will exhibit at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona from March 2–5 in Hall 5, Stand 5D81, where it plans to demonstrate the latest advancements in its cellular IoT product roadmap.

2. 5G eRedCap Semiconductor Solutions

The Monarch 3 chip integrates 5G NR eRedCap Half Duplex with 4G fallback for ultra-low-cost, energy-efficient IoT use cases, while Calliope 3 supports Full and Half Duplex eRedCap across FDD and TDD bands with 4G fallback, offering a seamless migration path for devices such as smart meters, healthcare monitors and fleet trackers.

3. Iris RF Transceiver Innovation
