Seritage Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $7.4 million; revenue drops 59.7% to $1.87 million

Seritage Growth Properties posted a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $7.4 million, or $0.13 per share, in Q2 2026.
Rental income fell 61.11% year over year to $1.76 million, pushing total revenue down 59.72% to $1.87 million.
Cash position, asset sales and refinancing update
Cash on hand totaled $62.9 million at June 30, including $14.4 million of restricted cash; net loss was $38.9 million for the first half.
Asset sales generated $11 million of gross proceeds in Q2; another $3 million sale closed after quarter-end, alongside an $8.9 million distribution.
Management cited a term-loan refinancing to add sale flexibility; a Dallas option agreement targets $50.8 million of gross proceeds.
