Serve Robotics Showcases 2,000 Autonomous Delivery Robots at SXSW and NVIDIA GTC

SERVSERV

Serve Robotics executives will speak at SXSW on March 17, at NVIDIA GTC on March 17 and at HumanX on April 8, demonstrating AI-powered autonomous delivery robots through onsite demos. The company has deployed over 2,000 robots nationwide, powering deliveries for Shake Shack and Little Caesars via Uber Eats and DoorDash.

1. Event Demonstrations at Major Conferences

Serve Robotics will deliver presentations and live demos at three flagship events: SXSW in Austin on March 17 (panel on AI vision from 2:30–3:30pm CT), NVIDIA GTC in San Jose on March 17 (lightning talk on scaling AI robots from 4–5pm PT), and HumanX in San Francisco on April 8 (masterclass on mixed-autonomy economics at 4:00–4:15pm). These sessions will highlight machine vision, navigation and safety features of Serve’s sidewalk delivery robots.

2. Nationwide Deployment and Partnerships

The company has deployed more than 2,000 autonomous delivery robots across U.S. cities, making it the nation’s largest sidewalk delivery fleet. Serve’s robots currently complete thousands of deliveries weekly for major restaurant partners including Shake Shack and Little Caesars through platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.

3. Expansion into Indoor Service Robotics

In 2026 Serve acquired Diligent Robotics to extend operations beyond outdoor sidewalk delivery into indoor service robots for environments like hospitals. This acquisition broadens the company’s addressable market and leverages its AI-driven robotics platform in complex, human-centric settings.
