ServiceNow, Accenture Launch AI Cybersecurity Services as Data Breach Costs Hit $10.22M
NOW•ServiceNow and Accenture unveiled AI-powered cybersecurity services—including integrated risk management, third-party risk monitoring and an AI migration tool—to help enterprises replace fragmented legacy platforms. ServiceNow also expanded its IBM partnership to integrate watsonx.data, Red Hat Ansible, Instana and Terraform into its AI Platform, with joint solutions slated for H2 2026.
1. Partnership Expansion with Accenture
ServiceNow and Accenture have extended their collaboration to deliver AI-powered cybersecurity services for large enterprises. The new offering combines Accenture’s managed security expertise with ServiceNow’s AI Platform to provide integrated risk management, third-party risk monitoring, operational technology security and compliance tools.
2. AI Migration Tool for Legacy Systems
The partnership also introduced an AI migration tool designed to help businesses retire fragmented, costly and difficult-to-update legacy cybersecurity platforms. This tool aims to streamline migration processes and reduce the time and expense associated with modernizing security infrastructures.
3. Enhanced IBM Collaboration
ServiceNow has broadened its multi-year agreement with IBM to integrate watsonx.data, Red Hat Ansible, Instana, HashiCorp Terraform and Vault into its AI Platform. Joint solutions are expected to roll out in the second half of 2026, targeting enterprises seeking AI-ready legacy system modernization.
