Singapore agentic AI adoption rises in ServiceNow survey

ServiceNow’s Enterprise AI Maturity Index showed agentic AI adoption in Singapore rose to 51% in 2026 from 22% in 2025.

Only 10% reported end-to-end autonomous workflow redesign, signaling limited conversion of AI investment into operating gains.
Singapore’s AI maturity score climbed to 53 out of 100 from 34, beating the global average of 51.
AI budgets rose 108% year-on-year; AI reached 15.4% of IT budgets, projected near 20% by 2027.
The survey flagged execution risks: 58% cited data privacy and security as a leading AI challenge.
