ServiceTitan report shows 62% of US commercial contractors pilot or deploy AI
TTAN•ServiceTitan’s 2026 report, based on a survey of more than 1,000 U.S. commercial service contractors, found 62% were piloting or deploying AI, while 33% actively used it or had embedded it across operations.
1. AI adoption and cash flow
The report found that 59% of AI users saw a positive impact, while 15% reported a significant positive impact with clear ROI. Forty-two percent ranked net profit margins among their top three goals, and 40% cited cash flow, up from 28%; 82% invoice within three days of job completion, while 96% wait at least 15 days for payment.
