The acquisition includes two 8,800-TEU container vessels due in 2027, each with a minimum eight-year time charter, and a 93,000-cubic-meter dual-fuel very large ammonia carrier due in 2028, with a minimum five-year time charter. Charter extension options could increase the backlog contribution above approximately $333 million.
