Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings completes 30% sale of Vnet Group stake in Choice Faith closing

Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings completed an early closing on its sale of Vnet Group shares, transferring a 30% stake in the sale shares.

Choice Faith closing took place on Aug. 24, 2026, following a closing notice dated Aug. 10 that set the closing date.

Sellers received the Choice Faith closing consideration in full, representing 30% of the total consideration.

A separate Success Flow closing for the remaining portion is scheduled to take place on the deal’s closing date.
