Six-month results and liquidity
For the six months ended June 30, net loss widened to USD 179,777 from USD 10,197 on no revenue.
Cash totaled USD 3,583 at June 30, 2026, with working capital of USD 13.9 billion and current liabilities of USD 2.79 million. The company estimated about USD 1.5 million of additional capital would be needed to complete platform development and build EV supply relationships, targeting about 12 months.
