SharonAI holds annual shareholder meeting, quorum represented

SharonAI held its annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 27, 2026.

Shareholders ratified HoganTaylor LLP as independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Investors adopted an amendment to the 2025 omnibus equity incentive plan, lifting the share pool by 1.2 million shares. The plan amendment also authorizes automatic annual increases starting Jan. 1, 2027 through the plan’s initial 10-year term.

Shareholders also backed the selection of Alastair Cairns and Benjamin Adams as Class I directors, with terms running to the 2029 annual meeting.
