David Burns was appointed chief operating officer, overseeing end-to-end delivery and operations across the AI infrastructure estate, effective Sept. 7, 2026.
Burns brings 35 years’ experience, including senior roles at Telstra and IBM, most recently as Group Executive, Telstra Enterprise.
