Shattuck Labs said it plans to initiate a phase 2 trial of SL-325 in hidradenitis suppurativa in 2026 and expects to submit an investigational new drug application in October 2026. The company expects 16-week data in the first half of 2028 and said existing cash is expected to fund operations into 2029; it also appointed Shoba Ravichandran, M.D., as senior vice president of clinical development.
