Shell completes acquisition of ARC Resources in deal valued at about USD 13.9 billion

The consideration implies about USD 13.9 billion equity value, based on Shell’s Sept. 2 close of GBP 34.43.
Shell will assume about USD 2.5 billion of net debt and leases, valuing the deal at about USD 16.5 billion.

Shell expects accretion and production growth
Shell expects double-digit returns, free-cash-flow-per-share accretion from 2027, and about 4% production CAGR through 2030 versus 2025.
