Shell seeks London listing for 228,003,843 new shares, admission set for Sept. 3
SHEL•Shell applies for new London-listed shares
Shell has applied for 228,003,843 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
Admission is expected on Sept. 3, 2026. The new shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares.
The issuance forms part of the consideration for Shell’s acquisition of ARC Resources.
