1. LNG Supply MOU with METLEN

On February 25, Shell and METLEN formalized a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on LNG supply and trading between 2027 and 2031. The agreement commits to an annual delivery of 0.5 to 1.0 billion cubic meters of LNG to Greece’s Revithoussa and Alexandroupolis regasification terminals, utilizing the newly operational FSRU and the Vertical Gas Corridor to enhance connectivity with Eastern Europe and Ukraine.

2. Updated Share Capital and Voting Rights

As of February 27, Shell’s capital comprises 5,663,769,613 ordinary €0.07 shares, with no shares held in Treasury. This figure serves as the denominator for calculating investor notification thresholds under FCA rules and includes shares bought back under the current repurchase program but not yet cancelled.
