Shimmick won more than $265 million in new infrastructure awards across water, transportation, flood protection, wastewater and electrification.
- Santa Clara Valley Water District awarded a $124 million Coyote Creek flood protection job in San José, covering about nine miles of improvements.
- Los Angeles Metro awarded about $160 million of contracts for the North Hollywood-to-Pasadena bus rapid transit project; Shimmick’s share is about $80 million.
- Axia Electric secured a $20 million contract for electrical and utility work on UC Berkeley’s Electrified Heating and Cooling Plant.
