Shinhan subsidiaries to merge

Shinhan Financial Group subsidiaries Shinhan Asset Trust and Shinhan REITs Management agreed to merge, with Shinhan Asset Trust as the surviving entity.

Shareholder meetings to vote on the merger are scheduled for Aug. 14, 2026.

The merger is targeted to take effect on Jan. 1, 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
