1. Deal terms
Shinhan Financial Group agreed to buy 239,082,287 common shares from Big Tura, representing its entire 77.04% stake in Lotte Non-Life Insurance, for KRW 693.34 billion. The deal was signed on Oct. 13, 2026, and is expected to close after required approvals and other closing conditions are met.
