The deal grants Shoulder Innovations exclusive U.S. rights for ALM Ortho upper-extremity applications, targeting severe deformity and difficult revision cases.
ALM Ortho will design, manufacture and deliver patient-specific implants using imaging data, while Shoulder Innovations will source cases through its sales network.
