Shutterstock appointed Timothy Adams, Matthew Salzberg, and Michael Thompson to its board.
- Adams is CFO of Validity and previously served as CFO at Rapid7 and BitSight; he also chaired Model N’s audit committee.
- Salzberg co-founded Unlimited, Embark Veterinary, and Coldcart; he founded Blue Apron, served as CEO, and led its 2017 IPO.
- Thompson is managing partner of Reinvent Capital; he founded BHR Capital and serves on boards including Joby Aviation, Oklo, and American Banknote.
