Shuttle Pharmaceuticals will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Sept. 3, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on share issuances tied to the United Dogecoin acquisition, including conversions of Series B-1 Preferred Stock plus pre-funded warrants.
The meeting will also cover share issuances tied to a financing, including conversions of Series B-2 Preferred Stock plus common warrants and pre-funded warrants.
