Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Sept. 3, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on share issuances tied to the United Dogecoin acquisition, including conversions of Series B-1 Preferred Stock.
The ballot also covers share issuances tied to a financing, including conversions of Series B-2 Preferred Stock plus warrant exercises.
Investors will consider an amendment to raise the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan share pool to 8,800,000.
Other items include a proposed name change to United Compute Inc. plus authority to adjourn the meeting if needed.
