SideChannel announces special shareholder meeting
SDCH•Special stockholder meeting set for Sept. 23
SideChannel will hold a special stockholder meeting in Worcester, Massachusetts on Sept. 23, 2026.
Investors will vote on cutting authorized common shares to 13,100,000 from 681,000,000.
A separate vote will cover reducing authorized preferred shares to 1,000,000 from 10,000,000.
Stockholders will also consider a proposal to adjourn the meeting, if needed, to seek additional votes.
