SIDU•Sidus Space disclosed that Tiffany Norwood and Kelle Wendling resigned from its board on Oct. 6, 2026, citing governance-related concerns. The company disputed the characterizations in both resignation letters.
1. Board departures
Norwood resigned as audit committee chair and left the corporate governance and nominating committee. Wendling left the board, audit committee, compensation committee, and corporate governance and nominating committee. Both resignations took effect Oct. 6; Norwood’s took effect at 7:15 p.m. ET and Wendling’s at 1:00 p.m. ET.
