Sidus Space named Alan Khalili chief financial officer, effective July 27, 2026.
Khalili has more than 20 years of finance leadership in space, satellite, and technology, spanning public companies and high-growth ventures.
His background includes investment banking, public accounting, co-founding a space-based global aviation-surveillance data platform, and serving as a public-company CFO.
He succeeds John Burke, who had served as interim chief financial officer.
