Siemens expands shipbuilding partnership with HD Hyundai

Siemens signed a low three-digit million USD contract with HD Hyundai to expand their strategic partnership in AI-enabled shipbuilding.
HD Hyundai will adopt the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio for industrial software and automation to support a “digital shipyard” blueprint.
The deal targets rising demand for larger, more modern shipbuilding capacity in the US and other markets.
