Sify Posts 13% Revenue Growth, 31% EBITDA Rise Despite INR 1,366M Net Loss
Sify posted FY2025-26 revenues of INR 44,877 million, up 13%, with EBITDA rising 31% to INR 9,871 million, while recording a net loss of INR 1,366 million. CAPEX reached INR 13,282 million and contracted data center capacity rose by 81MW for delivery in FY2026-27.

Sify delivered consolidated FY2025-26 revenues of INR 44,877 million, up 13% year-on-year, with EBITDA rising 31% to INR 9,871 million. The company recorded a pre-tax loss of INR 941 million and net loss of INR 1,366 million, invested INR 13,282 million in capital expenditures and ended with a cash balance of INR 5,071 million.
2. Segment Performance and Capacity Expansion
Network services revenue climbed 12% and segment profitability jumped 91%, data center services revenue grew 23% with segment results up 24%, while digital services revenue dipped 2% and segment results slumped 67%. The data center subsidiary sold 17MW during the year, bringing cumulative sold capacity to 129MW and contracting an additional 81MW for FY2026-27. Sify also expanded its network footprint to 1,224 fibre nodes and deployed 10,340 SDWAN endpoints.
3. Strategic Outlook
Sify received final SEBI observations on its DRHP for the data center subsidiary and plans to time the listing to favorable market conditions. Ongoing partnerships with global hyperscalers for liquid-cooled capacity deployments and multiyear enterprise network and cloud contracts underpin the company’s strategy to capitalize on India’s accelerating digital infrastructure demand.
