Sigma Lithium CEO to Outline 240,000t/12-Month and 520,000t/24-Month Production Guidance

Sigma Lithium’s CEO will present at the 2026 BMO Global Metals & Mining Conference, unveiling updated production guidance of 240,000 tonnes annualized over the next 12 months and 520,000 tonnes over 24 months. The company also resumed Phase 2 construction planning and equipment orders to support its scale-up targets.

1. CEO Presentation at BMO Conference

Sigma Lithium’s Co-Chairperson and CEO, Ana Cabral, is scheduled to present at the 2026 BMO Global Metals & Mining Conference on February 24 at 9:30 am ET, followed by a fireside chat with a leading lithium analyst and one-on-one meetings hosted by the Vice President of Global Investor Relations.

2. Production Guidance and Cost Outlook

The company updated its run-rate guidance to 240,000 tonnes of lithium oxide concentrate annualized over 12 months and 520,000 tonnes over 24 months, maintaining a CIF China cash cost of US$440 per tonne. All-in sustaining costs are US$599 per tonne for Phase 1 and are projected to decline to US$511 per tonne under combined Phase 1 and Phase 2 operations, supporting cash flow forecasts ranging from US$78 million to US$592 million at lithium prices of US$1,000 to US$1,800 per tonne.

3. Phase 2 Expansion Plans

Following commercial initiatives and operational optimization, Sigma Lithium has resumed planning for Phase 2 civil construction and equipment orders during 2026 to expand its Grota do Cirilo operation from a 270,000-tonne nameplate capacity to 520,000 tonnes annually. The expansion will leverage the company’s Greentech Industrial Plant technologies, including 100% water reuse, zero toxic chemicals and 100% renewable electricity.
