1. 2Q26 Production Exceeds Guidance
In the second quarter of 2026, Sigma Lithium produced 35,000 tonnes of lithium oxide concentrate, exceeding its 33,000-tonne guidance by 6% following the successful execution of a comprehensive mining operations upgrade that optimized fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
2. Cleantech Plant Recovery Performance
The company’s Cleantech Industrial Plant maintained strong performance by achieving a 70% lithium recovery rate from spodumene ore and delivering approximately 20% yield, supported by full operating run-rate of its expanded processing circuit.
3. Phase 1 Capacity and Cost Efficiency
Sigma Lithium remains on track to deliver 240,000 tonnes of annualized output under Phase 1, with CIF China cash costs of US$624 per tonne and all-in sustaining costs of US$710 per tonne under current operational parameters.
4. Cash Flow Forecasts and Expansion Plans
Under varying lithium price scenarios, projected annual cash flows reach US$130 million at US$1,500/t, US$230 million at US$2,000/t and US$330 million at US$2,500/t. The company aims to commission a second Cleantech Industrial Plant within 12 months, with potential for a third phase expansion.
