Sigma Lithium shareholders re-elected board at annual meeting

Sigma Lithium held its annual shareholders meeting on June 30, 2026.

Shareholders adopted a slate setting the board at five directors; the directors will serve until June 30, 2027.

Grant Thornton LLP was appointed as auditor for the ensuing year.

The meeting outcome backed the company’s plan to complete construction of a second factory, targeting 520,000 tpy of lithium concentrate capacity; construction remains in progress.
