Silence Therapeutics filed an amended Form 8-K to update executive-compensation disclosure tied to former CFO Craig Tooman’s December 14, 2025 departure.
The July 10, 2026 separation agreement sets cash benefits of $1.28 million, including $655,000 salary continuation and a $250,000 severance payment.
It also provides a $283,746.03 bonus payment, $46,896.48 healthcare premium reimbursement, $40,000 legal-fee reimbursement, and up to $20,000 for tax-provider fees.
Equity terms include limited continued vesting, longer option exercise windows, and potential vesting acceleration on a change of control within 12 months.
