Gross proceeds are expected to total about $175 million, before underwriting discounts, commissions, and offering expenses.
Underwriter option and expected closing
The underwriters received a 30-day option to buy up to 1,944,444 additional ADSs at the offering price.
Closing is expected on or about Aug. 13, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Jefferies, Morgan Stanley, Cantor, and William Blair are serving as joint book-running managers.
